Refund policy

Return process:

Damaged or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund of the product amount. To request a refund, please contact us at shrivastavaanand1976@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change of Mind:

 If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, you are welcome to do so. Please contact us at  shrivastavaanand1976@gmail.com to initiate the return process. However, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Refund will be processed only after the product is received back at our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
